INTERIOR WALLS AND FLOORING

• The internal walls will be painted with a first quality paint finish.
• The floors will be tiled with ceramic wall tiles.

• The windows will be white aluminum single hung with screens.

• The back door will be full panel aluminum.
• The internal doors will be semi solid flush with 2 coats varnish.

BATHROOMS

• The toilets will be the standard white.
• The face basin will be the standard white.
• There will be standard faucets.
• The bathroom accessories are as follows (soap holder for face basin; soap holder for shower, tower holder for face basin, towel holder for shower).
• The vanities will be set in cabinetry with ceramic tile countertop or laminate.

• The kitchen cabinetry will be locally manufactured cabinets of plywood frame. And finished with ceramic finish to countertops or laminate.
• The kitchen sink will be stainless steel double sink with standard faucets.
• Standard deep bowl stand alone laundry sink.

ELECTRICAL SERVICES

• The electrical outlets will be dual voltage specifications.
• There is provision made for broadband internet connection.
• There will be the installation of both telephone and Cable TV cables.

• The standard hot water via electrical hot water heaters will be installed however if the owner prefers the option solar panel system then that is an additional cost.

EXTERNALS

• Final grade leveling.
• Paved walkway.
• Double chambered septic tank.
