In the spirit of staff initiatives and overall improvement a staff target was implemented for frontline staff to achieve. This was to encourage our tellers to strive for excellence while continuing to provide unique quality service to the membership.
The first challenge presented as to perfectly balance cash for one month and the other challenge was to convert as many accountholders into members or get as much new members as possible. The proud winners were Mr. Everson Browne, who went through an entire month without cash short or over and Ms. Paulette Bergan who was able to generate the most business in terms of shareholders within a particular month. These exceptional tellers were given a above and beyond certificate as well as a token of appreciation.
The St. Kitts Co-operative Credit Union is indeed pleased to have such loyal and dedicated workers among its staffers, and would hope that their example will be followed by other members of staff. It is with such incentives that staff will be encouraged to go beyond the call of duty.
